A boutique condo development in Naples is selling condos starting at $30 million, the highest starting price point on Florida’s Gulf Coast.
Olana Naples Residences will have 12 condos, each over 10,000 square feet, in six stories. Premier Sotheby’s International Realty is marketing the condos for sale.
South Florida-based Kolter Urban, which has been active in the Tampa Bay region for years, paid $102.6 million in 2024 in partnership with Miami-based BH Group for the waterfront site. The developers have not yet selected a general contractor to build Olana.
