A new Gulfshore Business feature turns its attention to what it calls Naples’ “Miracle Mile,” a stretch of Gulf Shore Boulevard North where a concentration of new residential development is reshaping the beachfront. Olana Naples Residences, featured on the October issue’s cover, is among the projects highlighted in the story, but its scale and positioning place it in a distinctly different category.
Located at 1121 Gulf Shore Boulevard North, Olana is planned as an intimate collection of just 12 beachfront residences, each spanning more than 10,000 square feet. With pricing beginning at $30 million, the pre-construction project is conceived less as a traditional condominium offering and more as an estate-scale alternative for buyers accustomed to premier waterfront homes. Private circulation, in-residence wellness and entertainment spaces, full-time concierge service and a low-density setting extend that distinction beyond square footage alone.
As Kolter Urban’s Brian Van Slyke told Gulfshore Business, “That’s definitely not a downsize at 10,000 square feet each, but it offers new construction, sustainability, and, most importantly, it offers privacy for people who want everything that a home on Gulf Shore Boulevard offers and being beachfront, Gulf-front but then having that privacy, security and attention that a full-time concierge staff offers.”
The broader “Miracle Mile” story places Olana within a significant period of investment and new development along Gulf Shore Boulevard while also illustrating why the project stands apart within that activity.
