Olana Naples Residences has secured $197 million in construction financing from Apollo Global Management and BDT & MSD Partners, advancing plans for the limited collection of 12 estate-style beachfront residences on Gulf Shore Boulevard North.
The financing comes as the project prepares to break ground before year-end, with completion planned for 2028.
